The Kia Oval is one of the world’s most famous sports grounds and has been home to Surrey County Cricket Club since 1845. Not only is this the birthplace of cricket’s Ashes - the renowned and gruelling match played between England and Australia every two years - it’s also the location of the first-ever FA Cup Final in 1872.

You’ll explore the famous ground on a behind-the-scenes tour, walk out onto the outfield, view the commentary box, and much more. Tours begin at 11am Thursday to Saturday and last for around 90 minutes. At the end of the tour, grab a tea or coffee whilst admiring the Kia Oval outfield.

What’s more, there are plenty of opportunities to find out more about the club with a visit to the Club Museum. Replete with memorabilia from the early days, along with newer items that celebrate the clubs achievements today, you’ll get to walk through the history of this iconic sporting ground.

Please note: Arrive at the John Edrich Gate (Oval Underground end) at least 15-minutes before the tour. You will be directed to the Pavilion reception.
