  • What are the main benefits of the London Explorer Pass?

    The London Explorer Pass gives you free entry to a choice of 3, 5 or 7 top London attractions such as the Coca-Cola London Eye, Madame Tussauds, London Dungeons, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge Exhibition and more. Once activated, the pass is valid for 30 days so you can enjoy flexibility with your sightseeing plans.

    Each London Explorer Pass comes with a free Map which saves you time by allowing you to plan your itinerary in advance and because the London Explorer Pass is prepaid, you won't need to worry about carrying cash or currency exchange while you're sightseeing.

    The London Explorer Pass App also entitles you to a range of great exclusive deals and offers at restaurants, tours and entertainment options around the city.

  • What's the benefit of buying the London Explorer Pass now?

    If you purchase the London Explorer Pass now through our website then you can choose to have your order shipped to you before you travel. You can then start using your London Explorer Pass as soon as you arrive in the city.

    Each London Explorer Pass is valid for 12 months from the point of purchase.

  • Can I buy a Mobile Ticket?

    The Mobile London Explorer Pass can be downloaded directly to your smartphone and is accessible on Android and iOS devices only.

  • How much does a London Explorer Pass cost?

    The cost of a London Explorer Pass varies depending on the number of attractions you plan to visit from a choice of 3, 5 or 7 attraction passes. For full details of the latest prices then check out the Prices page.

  • If I order online how do I receive the London Explorer Pass?

    When you order the London Explorer Pass through the official website, you can choose to have the order shipped to an address of your choosing, you can pick up your passes at our central London collection desk or you can send the order to your Smartphone for Mobile London Explorer Pass tickets, which you will receive instantly upon purchase.

  • Can I buy the London Explorer Pass for a group?

    We don't have any restrictions when purchasing through the website, however, the London Explorer Pass is not designed for large groups of travellers.
    Please Note: Groups of more than 10 may be refused entry at some attractions. We advise if you are in a group of over 10 that you contact each attraction in advance.

  • How do you define a child?

    Child Passes are recommended for children ages 3-15. Children under 3 are free. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please check the attraction websites for more details.

  • Why haven't I received my email confirmation?

    Your email confirmation should normally arrive in your inbox a few minutes after completing a transaction/purchase. If you haven't received an email confirmation then we recommend you check your spam filter or junk folder.
    If you still cannot locate an email then please send a request through to our customer service team confirming your email address and order reference number.

  • Can I collect an order which is not in my name? Or if I paid with a different card and the cardholder won't be present when collecting?

    You will need the order confirmation email with the unique order ID number and the original credit card (if one was used) when you pick up your pass(es). If the cardholder will not be present, please bring a copy of their ID if the order is under a different name. You may not be able to collect your pass(es) without these documents. 

  • How do I get a Mobile London Explorer Pass?

    If you have an iOS or Android device and would like to purchase a London Explorer Pass then you can select free Smartphone Delivery at the checkout. We will then send you your order confirmation with links to download our free London Explorer Pass App where you can download your Mobile London Explorer Pass. You can then save your pass(es) to your Passbook/Wallet and access it via the App. You will not need data connection to use your Mobile London Explorer Pass.

    Please note: downloading your Mobile London Explorer Pass on the App will not activate it.

Validity

  • How do I activate my pass?

    Your pass will activate upon first entry and first scan at your first attraction.

  • Is the pass valid all day?

    Yes! You can visit the attractions any time of the day depending on their individual opening hours. Please check the individual attraction pages to check opening times ahead of your visit.

  • What happens if I change the date of my trip to London? How long is the pass valid for?

    Your London Explorer Pass (as well as your email confirmation voucher if you plan to collect your order in London) is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, it will expire.

  • What happens if my travel plans change and I can't / don't use the London Explorer Pass?

    If you have bought your passes online and your plans change so you can’t use your London Explorer Pass(es) you are entitled to a free 30 day Money Back Guarantee from date of purchase.

    Additionally, you can opt into our Extended Money Back Guarantee in the Checkout process for a fee of 2.5% which covers a 12 month period. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Can I claim a refund?

    Both our standard 30 Day and Extended Money Back Guarantee options are subject to you contacting us via email (info@londonexplorerpass.com) and sending the unused products back to us in the post. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. To find out more, click here.
